Para que la sociedad civil incida de manera efectiva en torno a los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital, y se asegure de que incrementen los derechos en lugar de destruirlos, necesitamos una comprensi\u00f3n profunda de c\u00f3mo las comunidades se ven afectadas por estos sistemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, nos complace compartir los resultados de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n sobre los efectos de los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital en la vida cotidiana. Durante el a\u00f1o pasado, trabajamos con investigadores locales en cinco lugares diferentes para comprender c\u00f3mo las comunidades, especialmente aquellas cuyos derechos ya est\u00e1n siendo negados, est\u00e1n experimentando la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explora la investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy publicamos un informe exhaustivo de nuestros hallazgos, \u201cComprendiendo los efectos de la identificaci\u00f3n digital en la vida cotidiana: un estudio en varios pa\u00edses\u201d. El informe se complementa con cinco estudios de caso, uno para cada uno de nuestros lugares de investigaci\u00f3n. Todos los materiales est\u00e1n disponibles en ingl\u00e9s, franc\u00e9s, \u00e1rabe y espa\u00f1ol. Adem\u00e1s, los estudios de caso se pueden descargar en los idiomas locales de los cinco pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#ffffff;background-color:#04b9d9\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalid.theengineroom.org\/fr.html\">\ud83d\udc41\ufe0f<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalid.theengineroom.org\/es.html\"><strong>Lee los aspectos destacados de la investigaci\u00f3n y descarga el informe<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfA qui\u00e9nes est\u00e1 destinado?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta investigaci\u00f3n puede servir de base para la labor de la sociedad civil, activistas, periodistas y comunidades que trabajan en torno a los problemas planteados por la identificaci\u00f3n digital. Esperamos que este trabajo se utilice para desarrollar sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital m\u00e1s respetuosos con el contexto y para dar forma a futuras investigaciones.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n esperamos que las voces locales se conviertan en parte de una conversaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia sobre la identificaci\u00f3n digital. Nos encantar\u00eda ver a los investigadores aprovechar este informe para explorar los efectos cotidianos con otras comunidades, e imaginamos a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil usando estas publicaciones para comenzar a pensar en los riesgos que los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital representan para sus comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuestro proceso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theengineroom.org\/digital-id-where-were-headed\/\">Como escribimos anteriormente<\/a>, dise\u00f1amos esta investigaci\u00f3n junto con investigadores, defensores y comunidades con experiencia tanto vivencial como contextual de los lugares que est\u00e1bamos investigando. Era importante para nosotros que ese fuera el hilo conductor presente en nuestra metodolog\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n y en la forma definitiva de nuestros resultados. En un esfuerzo por hacer que los materiales sean \u00fatiles no solo para el estudio contextual, sino tambi\u00e9n para la incidencia local, tradujimos cada estudio de caso de entre 1 a 5 idiomas locales, adem\u00e1s de sus versiones en ingl\u00e9s, espa\u00f1ol, franc\u00e9s y \u00e1rabe (\u00a1Estamos publicando en quince idiomas en total!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas versiones se compartir\u00e1n con las comunidades y los actores de la sociedad civil con los que trabajamos durante el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n, y ofreceremos un apoyo continuo y moderado para que nuestros aprendizajes puedan continuar sirviendo de base al futuro de los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El pr\u00f3ximo paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todav\u00eda hay muchas preguntas planteadas por nuestra investigaci\u00f3n que no han sido respondidas, y vemos una clara necesidad de diversos grupos de la sociedad civil de hacer incidencia en torno a los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital. Como aprendimos en nuestra investigaci\u00f3n, los sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n digital pueden afectar una gran variedad de derechos.
