We’re looking for a long-term, part-time external contractor to serve as The Engine Room’s Operations Assistant. This person would help us ensure that the organization is functioning in a healthy way, we are complying with existing regulations, our administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, and our financial record-keeping is efficient, accurate, well-organized and accessible.
About the role
The Engine Room does not have a physical office and our staff and contractors are distributed across 4 continents. As a result, our operations, finance and logistics needs are rather unique! Our Operations Assistant will support our team in the areas of financial execution and record-keeping, grant management, compliance, operations, and team logistics.
The role is for an independent contractor/consultant and is part-time, with the potential for increased hours in 2022.
