We’re looking for a new Operations Lead based in the US–could it be you? Our ideal candidate has significant experience with operations and finances in a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and has worked with collaborative and distributed teams. They are bold and strive to build internal processes that are simple, inclusive, and human- and justice-centered. They also are rigorous and thorough in ensuring that we’re functioning in a way that is healthy and compliant across various jurisdictions, and they proactively put forth sharp strategic financial plans and solutions.

If this sounds like you, as our next Operations Lead, you would be responsible for things like: overseeing management and improvement of our financial and operations systems; aligning our processes with our values and strategy; supporting staff through invoicing, expensing, grant reporting and project budgeting; proactively identifying ways for our operations to support a diverse distributed team; overseeing travel budgets and logistics (when it is again safe to travel); and much more!
