OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Thobias brings a solid background in Public Affairs, having collaborated with organizations across the private and public sectors in Brazil, Latin America, and on a global scale. At The Engine Room, he is focused on supporting smooth and efficient internal operations and providing executive assistance for the Senior Leadership Team. Fulfilling a long-term goal of joining the third sector, he applies his strategic communications and project management expertise to help advance the causes he believes in. Outside of work, Thobias enjoys exploring the local music scene in São Paulo, where he lives, as much as planning his next trip.
Thobias supports the smooth running of internal operations across the organisation, providing coordination, scheduling, project and data support.
